I hope the higher ups in networx read their reviews because this type of service all to hit a quota or something should be unacceptable. I'm not 100% sure he did it but after today if Im ever charged or contacted by them again I will be seeking legal actions. I asked the rep at least 20 times to cancel my account & eventually after being rude & the final threat from my bank he finally agreed to cancel it. It was by far the most frustrating call I've ever experienced. My banking rep even try to intervene and threaten to dispute the charge but this rep who we spoke to must have been short on his quota or something because he just kept repeating the same thing trying to con me to stay. This was by far one of my most embarrassing and horrible service calls ever. In order to make sure they did not run a muck with my card for their bogus leads, I went to my bank to try and get it stopped that way. I've never experienced such horrible customer service prior to today. Not only will they refuse to stop charging you for leads after you ask them to they will expect for you to pay for them. Against my own better judgement I rejoined networx, hoping the service had improved a bit from my past experience & boy was I wrong. Follow that gut instinct & STAY FAR AWAY from them or if they've already con you into giving them your banking information, call them back & get your money NOW. If you are reading this review then your concerns about this company are right.
